La Red Wi-Fi no llega a las camas principales, al entrar, la habitación prácticamente está incomunicado, deberían ofrecer una buena red Wi-Fi, ya que la red celular no es muy buena en la zona, cosa que se entiende. Se le comentó este problema al personal de Hotel y no ofreció solución a este planteamiento.

Atención y comida excelentes

Fui con mis papás para tomar vacaciones en Chiapas y la atención del hotel fue la mejor: son muy amables y educados. La comida es otro de los puntos destacables, es muy rica y barata. En general estuvo bien ya que además, la ubicación es céntrica y puedes ir caminando a lugares bonitos de San Cristóbal. Los únicos puntos negativos son el olor de las habitaciones ya que hay mucha humedad y le falta mantenimiento a la madera; y para mala suerte, nos tocó un grupo de adolescentes que estuvo hospedado y hacían mucho ruido por lo cual nos pareció un poco incómodo por la noche.

Magnifico hotel pero desatento check in

Es un hotel muy bonito, un agradable y rico menú del restaurant, la atención de meseros muy buena. La ubicación es excelente. Lo que no me agradó fué la rigidez en el check in, ya que no nos permitieron estar después de las 12 del día, cuando en otros hoteles de igual o mayor categoría siempre nos dan una hora adicional para desocupar (porque aprovechamos ese tiempo para hacer compras adicionales), sobretodo cuando saben que somos buenos y apacibles clientes, que apoyamos la derrama económica de la ciudad. Sin embargo la recepcionista se mostró desatenta, inflexible e incomprensiva en ese sentido. Le faltó tacto y visión de negocios, porque no pienso regresar a ese hotel y yo visito esta ciudad por lo menos 3 veces al año. Gracias

La atención adecuada,camas cómodas, cuartos limpios,no hay ruido cerca,pueden ir caminando al centro,solo el estacionamiento no esta en el hotel,sino a dos hoteles más pero cerca y se ve seguro,tienen suficientes cobertores para el frío de San Cristóbal

I dont like it

Ok ST Cristobal has all old style accommodation, and this one is part of those ones. The room is dark, only 1 window, the feeling is that it's too old and smelly there. Personally i did not like this place, the restaurant is no good food. I really not suggest to stay here, very strange energy.Staff is friendly and nice.

Todo muy bien, nos atendieron excelente el hotel muy lindo lo único que no me gusto mucho fue el baño y eso sí el papel de baño de la peor calidad
