The staff was very helpful, we needed some ibuprofen, and the front desk representative, ordered it on his phone, and brought it to us. The bed is super comfortable, we loved the pillows and the sheets so much, that we took pictures of the labels. LOL. Brakfast included is njce, fresh fruit is good, coffee too. The only thing we wish was better, is the bathroom. My husband is 6 foot 2. He had a very tough time in the smallest bathroom we have ever seen. Without a single window, it becomes a sauna after a shower, which creates mold. Theres a really big concrete closet across the room, turn it into a nice bathroom! We loved everything else about this hotel. We will be back, the energy is beautiful.

The staff was very attentive. We could check in at 10am, instead of 3pm. The room was clean but mouldy, especially the bathroom and the ceiling above the bed. Cold.

Habitación muy pequeña, si manchas una toalla con maquillaje te cobran la lavada, bajo el argumento de que quien les lava las sábanas y toallas, les cobra extra, cuando ahí mismo tienen la lavandería.

El precio y la propiedad son buena opción No hay estacionamiento y hay que dejarlo afuera aunque es seguro. Dentro del hotel hay mucho ruido

El desayuno podría mejorar pero en general bastante bien, queda un poco lejos del centro y no tiene estacionamiento pero el servicio y la limpieza muy recomendables. Las camas son muy cómodas aunque la puerta del baño solo es como la de una regadera.

Solo sugeriria mas limpieza profunda en los baños porque los azulejos muestran hongo. Y en las mañanas hay fruta, waffles, cafe, te, jugo, yogurt y cereal y tal vez agegar huevos cocidos estaria super.

Mejor ir directo al hotel , la tarifa es más barata si los contactas directo , por las aplicacion me salió 200 pesos máscaro , se entiende por la comisión , no veo el caso de usar la aplicación , no garantiza una tarifa más baja
