La habitación muy bonita, es pequeña, pero agradable, el personal muy amable, buena atención. La única queja es que se escucha mucho el ruido de la gente en los pasillos, lo que podría sugerir es colocar carteles para guardar silencio por respeto a los que ya estamos descansando.

Las habitaciones nos parecieron atractivas al ser de piedra, pero al ser de piedra son muy frías, huelen a humedad y tienen poca luz artificial, el Wifi es terrible de plano no funciona, solo funciona en recepción. No hay un gerente que resuelva ninguna duda oh te de información, las personas en recepción solo dicen que llamaran a su jefe, y así se queda el asunto. Además de que tuve un problema ahí, llegue a las 14.00 hr llegamos cuatro personas y pregunte si tenían mis dos habitaciones reservadas, me dijeron que una si me la podía entregar, la otra aún no estaba lista, que me la entregarían a las 15.00 hr. Mi error fue que decidí pagar las dos habitaciones por los 5 días que estaría ahí, camine a mi habitación cuando recibo la llamada de mis compañeros de viaje que no podrían llegar al hotel, en ese momento 14.30 hr me regreso a recepción y les digo: por favor ¿podría cancelar la segunda habitación que aún no me entregas? A lo que respondieron con un rotundo “NO” les dije, pero ¿cómo? ¿Por qué? A lo que me respondieron ya la pagaste no te regresamos nada. Así que nunca me dieron la segunda habitación ni me regresaron mi dinero. Por lo que pondré una queja al área de turismo que corresponda demostrando mi pago por dos habitaciones que nunca me entregaron.

Excelente ubicación, servicio bueno, mucho ruido de los otros huéspedes a altas horas y no se les pidió guardar silencio. El hotel es sencillo pero limpio, acogedor y muy buena atención de todo el personal. Me gustó que por las noches la puerta se encontraba cerrada y al llegar los chi si estaban atentos para abrir a los huéspedes

Lugar centrico y comodo

El hotel esta muy bonito. La atencion estuvo muy bien. Queda cerca del andador 20 de Noviembre, la plaza Santo Domingo y Plaza de la Paz. Lo unico con lo que no cuentan en recepción es de un refrigerador para poder guardar medicamentos, ya que en nuestro caso si lo ocupabamos.
