Nuestra experiencia en la cabaña

Buena experiencia. Es comoda y excelente atencion. Sin embargo, nos tocaron vecinos (de arriba) muy ruidosos y fiesteros que por la noche que complicaron nuestro descanso. En ese sentido les falta a los vigilantes poner mas orden para que los huespedes se apeguen al reglamento. Solo por ese detalle no les doy la excelencia.

Pésima comodidad.

Muy mal. Se noto que la habitación era para dos personas e ingresaron una cama matrimonial para poder darnos hospedaje a 4. Eso redujo el espacio considerablemente. Por otro lado no ponen jabón para trastes, ni servilletas, el baño se tapo y jamás se pudo destapar. Toallas solo para 2 personas, 2 vasos, 2 dos tazas de café.

Excelencia vista

Excelente la vista , solo deberían tener alimentos todo el día no solo desayuno y tuvimos un percance con al energía eléctrica cuando están conectada la cafetera se apaga la televisión o empiezan a parpadear la luz y tuvimos que apagarla

Una experiencia no tan grata.

Es un buen lugar para descansar. El inconveniente está que al hotel no le interesa la tranquilidad de los huéspedes porque otorga eventos muy ruidosos que tardan mucho y le quitan la comodidad a las cabañas. No tienen en cuenta cuantas noches te vas a quedar, porque te confirman si vas a pedir noches adicionales después del primer día, siendo que ya están pagadas las noches que reservarse. No te preguntan si necesita aseo la habitación.

Cabañas excelente estancia

La atencion, comodidad y servicio del hotel estan excelentes. El unico inconveniente fue con la aplicacion Expedia, no estan coordinados con el hotel o no se q paso, se realizo la reservacion pero no aplicaron el cobro, el hotel me otorgo mi habitacion solo x q tenia disponibilidad de lo contrario la hubiera perdido x la mala comunicacion con la empresa.
