"This is a unique hotel, perched on the hilltop of Montesano village. It has old charm and lots of character. Our room was spacious and with castle-themed furniture. We had a private terrace patio which was huge and offered a spectacular view across the area. The girl at the reception, Elsa, was very kind and informative. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a hidden gem. Parking at the property is free."

Ontbijt was prima voor Italiaanse nirmen We hadden niet het idee dat we te maken hadden met de eigenaar. De bevlogenheid ontbrak. Er werd zeer slecht Engels gesproken. "Palias Hotel was wonderful! Nice rooms and clean and great location, 5 minutes walk to restaurants. Best of all Roberto was super friendly and helpful and welcoming! He made coffee and gave us homemade sandwiches when we missed breakfast. He was extremely friendly and happy to help with our travel plans. You feel well cared for at Palias! Definitely stay here if doing rafting or any national park activities. Antica Laos was recommended by Roberto and it was by far the best meal we've had in our week in Italy, better than Rome or the Amalfi coast! It's a 5 minute walk from the hotel through a picturesque small Italian town without tourists. Stay at Palias and dine at Antica Laos for a fabulous local Italian experience!!"
