Clean. Room made up daily. Staff friendly and professional. Building needs a bit of maintenance. Slightly tired. Bring your own personal wash cloths. Clean towels, soap and shampoo provided daily.

Noisy

While the location and staff are wonderful, the condition of the building is really deteriorating. It is frequented by families, and with the pool and water slide above the rooms, can be very noisy. The pub/club that is located beside the hotel plays very loud music, very late into the night; not the hotel’s fault, but if you are a light sleeper, beware!

The king bed was very comfortable. The room was very large and very nicely decorated with two comfortable chairs to relax in, table to eat at and a desk. There was a pergola area. An Oxxo was across the street. Parking by room had great light for safety. We will be return customers again in thd future.

The hotel is old and run down, but clean, the water was hot and the ataff was efficient. We were there Saturday night and there were 2 or 3 very loud music venues completing for most volume until some time after 2:30am.

Very run down. Dumpster area was inundated with trash all around. Unsightly. Very dated hotel but good price. Needs someone to take charge and begin cleanup and renovations.
