Excellent stay

Excellent stay, large apartment with excellent facilities on the hotel site, 4 pools, prices not expensive. Includes, kettle, toaster, hob, pots, pans, plates, washing up liquid etc

For a 2 star establishment, the food was very good indeed. Hotel is tired looking, but clean. Biggest disappointment was lack of soft drinks poolside until after lunchtime. Not good for "all inclusive". No air con, but that's no surprise for the star rating.

The room was very hot!

Only stayed here for one night in October. The room was nice, had obviously been newly renovated, but the rest of the hotel was very tired looking - pools etc. The restaurant had been renovated and offered a very good breakfast. Excellent location next to shops and restaurants. The downside was that the room was unbearably hot with no air con or fans, I couldn’t sleep.

The hotel staff was nice, the room was okay even if the sofa bed is a single bed and the mattess is not comfortable at all. We paid for half board and the restaurant staff was the rudest, no one explained to us that drinks were not included in the dinner and they told us off in front of everyone because we were taking a glass of water!! The bar sells small bottles of water only and they are 2€ which is an absolutely joke when you can get 1 litre for 1.30€ from the outside supermarket but guess what they don’t let you bring water form outside so you are forced to buy water there. We arrived 30 mins before they were closing one night and all the restaurant staff was looking at us in a bad way. I would not recommend at all.

When I read the reviews on this hotel , I was abit worried. As I turned up , the hotel looked amazing outside with a string of Irish pubs , a supermarket and restaurants. It was a nice , easy check in with amazing staff who were wonderful. Yes you have to leave a €50 deposit but that’s understandable as working in the travel industry in the past myself, I knew what some guests would leave it like after the holiday. We paid in cash and they gave us a slip to hand back in after checkout. The apartment was basic but very clean. And very ideal to what we needed. Based at the back where the swimming pools were. And we hardly heard any commotion. This hotel is central to everything and if you wanted to get a taxi to anywhere around playa de ingles it would only cost you upto €5. Which is a bargain compared to uk prices. We travelled with a wheelchair user and the hotel accommodated us with no hassle. The cleaner who came and changed our beds were absolutely lovely as well as all the staff. I can’t comment on the food at the hotel as we went self catering. But everything else, 100 per cent perfect and we would definitely return again.

Horrible place, the rooms to old. The pool space so nasty everything dry and dark. They take a security deposit for nothing also if u want go with a friend u need registration for the guess.

Siisti hotelli. Huoneesta puuttui mikro, mikä toimitettiin saman tien respasta. Uima-allasalueet olivat viihtyisiä. Yksi altaista oli lämmitetty. Iltaelämän vieressä oltiin, joten ääniä jonkun verran kuului. Meitä se ei kyllä millään tavalla häirinnyt. Majoitumme varmasti myös uudestaan.

Points négatifs : Gros problème et pas des moindre… le bruit : notre chambre donnée sur une rue avec plein de bars (très bruyant), musique très forte. Chambre pas insonorisée Tout est payant… même le wifi ! Nous sommes en 2024 le wifi est gratuit partout sauf chez eux. Points positifs : Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux commerces et animations propre spacieux

Pouvoir choisir son logement

Cet hôtel dispose de 4 bâtiments. Le gros problème si vous avez la malchance d'être logé au C ou au D c'est la discothèque juste en face avec beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin. Nous reviendrions volontiers si nous avions la certitude d'être dans le bâtiment A ou B

3 uker på Jardin del Atlantico i februar

Vi var tre voksne sist i 70 årene med leilighet i øverste etasje. Det ble spilt høy musikk utover natten fra alle de omliggende utestedene. Egentlig skulle det være rolig kl. 24. 00, men det var sjelden stille før 01.00, og deretter bråk fra alle som skulle "hjem". Rengjøring 5 dager og skifte av sengetøy 2-3 ganger i uken. Sengene var bra, og det var godt med en tynn og lett sommerdyne. Men møblene i stue/kjøkkendel var ukomfortable og vonde å sitte i/på. Vi savnet en god sovesofa, som også var god å sitte i, et par gode lenestoler og puter på kjøkkenstolene.

Sto til forventningene til et tre stjerners hotel. Litt slitne hotellrom og uteområder med «mye regler». Litt synd av det var et «voksenbasseng» som var oppvarmet.

El personal en general era bastante amable y cercano, la habitación estaba bastante bien y la comida que servían en el comedor muy buena y variada. Lo único malo fue el aparcamiento, fue imposible encontrar. El aparcamiento específico del hotel estaba lleno y los alrededores igual, una odisea.

Es un alojamiento muy basico que corresponde a las 3 estrellas que tiene, la unica pega es la comida solo recomiendo el desayuno muy bueno lo demas no merece la pena la calidad pesima y siempre vacío
