Best staff you could ask for do anything for you hotel is lovely rooms is very clean best swimming pool that l have been in at hotel love the big leather double beds for sun lounger’s everything is at your feet at hotel bus stop right out side hotel from airport it’s only 4 euros right to your hotel there’s spar over the road to you couldn’t ask for better hotel l say 9-10

Bott på Caserio en gång förut. Frukost och middag bara ok-smaklöst och oangagerat. Stora problemet är hissarna…två hissar på 170 rum-långa väntetider.. Rena o snygga rum! Väldigt bra städning!

Soggiorno di 5 notti in mezza pensione...camera all ultimo piano molta spaziosa e con una vista spettacolare sul mare e sulle dune( letto matrimoniale comodo e piu grande dello standard) Colazione favolosa e cena buona al buffet (peccato in 5 giorni non aver assaggiato la paella!) divanetti doppi attorno alla piscina molto gradevoli..terrazza con idromassaggio e lettini zona molto rilassante...parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente all interno ...Hotel consigliato anche per la posizione le dune di Maspalomas sono raggiungibili a piedi

No es un 4 estrellas

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo único que tiene para ser un hotel de esa categoría es la zona de la piscina y las instalaciones. Lo peor de todo sin duda es el buffet. No es tan si quiera una comida digna de un 3 estrellas. Comida muy repetitiva y de muy baja calidad. Lo que te han puesto en el desayuno lo reutilizan para la cena. En una ocasión hasta nos encontramos con que uno de los postres tenia moho. Se lo comentamos tanto al equipo del restaurante como al de recepción y ni un solo detalle por su parte. Además, hay muy pocos carteles informativos de la comida. Muchas veces no sabes ni lo que comes y no te quiero contar si ya tienes alguna intolerancia o alguna alergia. Destacar que la mayoría del personal era muy agradable, sobretodo los del restaurante. En la recepción había una chica llamada Cristina bastante desagradable. Que un cliente te diga buenos días y no contestar me parece de traca. Además tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente el día de la salida y ni se molestó en intentar solucionarlo. En resumen, evitad este hotel si podéis. Hay muchísimos hoteles por la zona y en pocos se comerá peor.

Ottima struttura moderna. La posizione è ottima, centrale e a due passi dalle fermate dei bus che permettono di spostarsi in tutta l'isola. Ci siamo trovati bene, usufruendo del trattamento di mezza pensione. Le camere non sono molto ampie ma dotate di ogni comfort, anche se avrei apprezzato una presa di corrente vicina ad entrambi i comodini, mentre uno ne era sprovvisto. La terrazza, è dotata di lettini e di un piccolo idromassaggio dal quale è possibile ammirare il bellissimo panorama. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, dove ci recavamo per colazione e cena, la qualità non è sempre alta e in certi casi si è rivelata abbastanza mediocre. Le bibite non sono comprese, nemmeno ai pasti. L'acqua è disponibile a colazione ma NON a cena e questo dovrebbe essere specificato chiaramente quando si prenota. Non amo questo tipo di atteggiamento predatorio che punta soltanto a far spendere i clienti. Capisco il business ma non offrire nemmeno un dispenser di acqua durante la cena è davvero antipatico. Tra l'altro, molti hotel della stessa categoria offrono la bottiglietta d'acqua anche in camera. Inoltre, sembra venga fatta una certa resistenza nel cambiare i teli da piscina. È previsto un solo cambio al giorno: prima delle 9:30 non è possibile prenderlo e fino alle 18:00 non è possibile restituirlo, anche se non serve più. È chiaro che se uno vuole uscire la mattina presto per andare in spiaggia è costretto ad organizzarsi diversamente o a tenersi quello del giorno prima...
