The hotel is spotless, the staff are so helpful the rooms are spacious & modernly decorated. We stayed over Christmas arriving on Christmas Eve and it was over and above what we expected. The Christmas Day gala was an a la carte experience that you would have expected to pay a lot of money for at a top restaurant. This was inclusive of the all inclusive board we had paid for. Would highly recommend this hotel to all adult only trips.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, we arrived after the restaurant had closed and we were left a box containing sandwiches, yogurt, biscuits and fruit, which was a nice touch. The pool area was nice, never had to worry about getting up early for a sun bed as there was always plenty available.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff work friendly and hard working. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive. My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them.

Nice little trip in Gran Canaria in October

Internet was great, no drops in service. Room always tidy, beds made every day and fresh towels. Also pool towels in the room so very handy as you don’t need to bring any. Staff were very attentive and all were very nice, especially Cleopatra who was a wealth of knowledge and an absolute star!

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and a balcony with a lovely view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. The location was perfect close to the centre, and great restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. The hotel also offered easy access to public transport, which made exploring the area effortless. What really stood out was the atmosphere: warm, elegant, and genuinely inviting. Another great stay.

This hotel cannot be faulted. Exceptional buffet style food, good evening entertainment, comfy rooms, efficient friendly staff. Can't wait to go back. One of the best features if the large pool area with more than enough beds.
