Lovely clean, modern hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I loved having Nespresso in the room. There are nice robes provided, and a clothing steamer. Great amenities. The only thing they don’t have is a sundries shop but there is a cvs nearby.

The night shift front desk was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home every early morning, Making sure we had fresh coffee and friendly conversation. All the workers down to the best drivers where great but the night shift front desk stood out so mush we will be back for the personal service we received thank you for the absolute above service we received.

It was a nice hotel but definitely not a luxury hotel. Some of the staff was great (front desk, serving staff at restaurant) some not very helpful or friendly. No personal touches and even room service was lacking. The room itself was lovely and my group was very happy about the rooms. The food at the restaurant was so-so. It’s a good place to stay for a business trip or if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. The gym was decent and the pool looked lovely, but we did not use the pool.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for tourist, there are a lot of bars in walking distance. The pool was my absolute favorite, I spent a lot of time there. & the spa? My massage was a 100/10, definitely recommend going if you have the extra coins.

Overall the Hotel is top notch! Very unique and elegant and the rooms are phenomenal. Oddly enough the only complaint would be in regard to the customer service, and this is not directed to the front desk, they were amazing. But in other areas of the hotel, nothing rude or detrimental, just a lack of attentiveness. Which was unfortunate because everything else about the hotel had made such a great first impression and one could easily chalk it up to a rare "blip" in the moment. But overall it was a great experience and stay!
