"Our room was verey clean but nothing special; but we spend very little time in a room when we take a trip, so the room was fine for us. The service personnel were friendly, smiling and very gracious. We knew aobut the free breakfast but were surprised to find the hotel also had a "light" dinner for free. Finally, we could directly access the Riverwalk from the Hotel's lower level. This stay was a very positive experience for us."

"This place was great for our little honeymoon the staff was amazing coming in and heading out. We stayed in a riverview room and loved every minute of it. Staff left our room perfect to come back to after dinner too. "

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Parking is not convenient and valet is $55/night. Lacked a few basics, like a microwave to heat up leftovers from our expensive meal (upon request, the did bring in a mini fridge)."
