"The breakfast was great ! Also love how they have a restraunt downstairs. My son who has autism wanted a pizza late at night and the had it made and ready within 15 minutes also loved the location and that they also offer a free dinner and drinks ! We had a suite and it was very spacious will be coming back soon !"

"Sheets had hairs . Restroom was dirty it smelled like humid or dirty . I have stayed in this hotel before never had this issue . Also they withdraw two different amounts for my stayed one for 460 other for 319 and my stay was 430 which they withdraw it from my account let me with little money in my account. Never booking again . "

"No hot water, warm at best. AC in second bedroom did not work. Asked early Saturday morning if they could take a look, returned late that night, and still had the same issues. Breakfast was microwaved kolaches and watery eggs. Charged for parking, several cars broken into second night of our stay."

"Booked the room and realized there are a lot of extra random charges that don’t make sense. The room had a chocolate drink all over the wall. Broken door knobs to the bathroom. The front door lock was barely hanging on. So expensive for such a poorly maintained place. This place dropped down so much from the last time I stayed here 10 years ago. It is a great place close to everything but that’s about it. Room 718 I hope management goes and spends money to fix that room!"

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked this property through Hotels.com because it had a 9/10 rating and appeared to be a decent place to stay. We specifically reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived we were told none were available and were instead given a room with one queen bed and a fold-out couch. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There were crumbs scattered across the floor and even in the bed sheets. We also found a roach in the bathtub, and there was a dirty sock left inside the fold-out couch. The overall cleanliness of the room made it clear that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we raised the issue with the front desk, we were told that no refunds were allowed. With no other options available at that point in the evening, we had no choice but to stay the night. Based on our experience, the condition of the hotel and the level of service did not come close to matching the rating advertised online. I hope management addresses these cleanliness and customer service issues so future guests do not have the same experience."
