I stay at Best Western Medical Center hotel for a fewer times. I like that it's clean rooms, comfortable bed( pillows are not very comfortable), nice breakfast. Good people in the front desk and cooking breakfast , amazing Manager Latoya Avilez. Thank you so much!

Reading some of the negative reviews on here I was having second thoughts about staying here but I went ahead and gave it a shot. No regrets, our room was clean and big. Beds are super comfortable. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins. Breakfast area was clean, the worker was constantly cleaning and making sure there was plates and utensils. We will definitely be staying here again. People mentioned seeing roaches, I didn’t see any at all. Plenty of restaurants close by also.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel room was nice and clean with all the commodities a person needs. Parking and breakfast was excellent. Even the staff was very helpful. I ended up getting sick and the staff was very nice and provided tea and Tylenol for me to feel better. Overall, my family and I had a great experience.

The hotel overall was disappointing. While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property itself requires thorough deep cleaning. The room was quite stuffy, and the water temperature for the shower was barely warm. Additionally, the hairdryer was not functioning properly. We frequently needed to go downstairs to request additional amenities, as the supplies in the room were limited. There were only three towels provided, and no sheets or bedding for the pull-out sofa sleeper, which was thin and creaky. We had a total of five guests. Will not stay at again.

I was hesitant to book based on some negative reviews but the room was bigger than I expected. The shower floor looked dirty but I don’t feel like it was dirty. The ac did end up shutting off during the night so it got warm but other than that I’ve got no real complaints.
