Crockett Hotel
There was hair left in the bathtub. The TV didn’t work. Asked the desk clerk but he mumble and I couldn’t understand him. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Very dated.

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk
We had a road view room rather than our request of a Riverwalk view. The car noice of people racing along Houston Street with car stereos extremely loud until around 2am.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Everything was good but room a/c didn’t work in our room called front desk they sent to get fixed around midnight ac stopped working again had to change rooms with our grandson because it was way to hot even with fans going….
