"Excelente servicio, todo el personal fue siempre amable y servicial durante toda mi estancia. Recomiendo mucho hacer la visita al Cayo Acuario, que ya es incluida con el hospedaje. La comida muy buena y con una variedad razonable y buena."

"Oferece tudo o que apresentam na apresentação! Apesar de não ficar no centro é muito fácil o acesso para quem quer fugir um pouco do agito . Íamos a pé para o centro . O café da amanhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades . A recepcionista da parte da tarde até a noite era fantástica , solucionava qualquer pendência. "Viajamos a San Andrés en mayo. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y de la playa principal. El hotel es bonito, la habitación es amplia,cómoda y pudimos descansar bien después de haber estado todo el día fuera en actividades diversas. Las instalaciones son muy convenientes ya que tiene piscina al aire libre. El desayuno bufette es viariado y rico. El personal en general es muy amable. Volvería sin duda a hospedarme aquí."

"The staff, expecially the restaurant staff, were so good to us. The buffet meals were abundant and excellent. My wife and I were there for New Year 2025 celebration and were blown away by the dinner that was presented. The wait staff and cooks worked until 3am and were back in the restaurant to present breakfast at 6:30am. "
