We had a fantastic stay at the Gran Sirenis Hotel in San Andrés! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great, and the location is perfect for enjoying the incredible Caribbean views and turquoise water. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely come back!

The staff here are beyond amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the amenities offered. The property itself though could use some help. I understand in areas near the water and with humid weather buildings can get damaged easily but there was a lot of water damage and mold on the property. There was a constant leak in the dining area as well which was concerning. The place isn’t very updated.

The propert is really pretty, the rooms are very spacious, the people really nice and the food was not bad at all. The view is stunning! Honestly, my only complaint is the lack of AC in the buffet area, understaffed during snack time.The Italian restaurant could be better. Colombia is not the best place for all inclusive. But Sirenis did a pretty good job. I would stay there again. Hopefully the pool isn’t being remodeled.
