It’s an old property, no hot water for all the days staying there they said all the rooms don’t have hot water, no insulation and it’s in front of the main walking street people were singing and playing loud music until 4am. I normally don’t mind noise but this was really loud

A estadia foi boa...mas nada de excepcional... Sistema de tudo incluso achei fraco... Bar com bebidas tipos limitados e um tipo de cerveja só... Restaurante com pouca variedade... Muito curry, coentro e picante...sem variedade de carnes ou frutos do mar... Tudo do mesmo gosto ...Não compensa se hospedar com ALL inclusive... Muitas opções de restaurantes na região. No geral apenas bom, com uma vista incrível do mar ... Mas fica esperto que se não gosta de música ou a energia do Caribe terá dificuldade em dormir.

Não tinha agua quente no chuveiro, e o WIFI não pega no quarto, e pedimos pra lavar algumas roupas e vieram tudo trocadas por de outros hospedes, quando solicitado para que resolvessem alguns desses problemas falaram que em 5 minutos iriam ao quarto e nem se quer apareceram.

The hotel was very outdated but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food service was ok. If you want to be right on Spratt Bight beach it was right there but the beach is very crowded and the hotel is in a very noisy area especially at night time.

Everything was great, except a couple of issues in our rooms. On one the light kept going on an off all night and the window didn't lock... and the other one the light stopped working but they fixed it. Also no wifi inside the rooms. Service 10/10, clean and great location.

Godt placeret hotel i middelklassen

Rigtig god lokation lige ved stranden og midt i byen, det betyder også der om natten er en del larm. Animation teamet laver hver aften rigtig gode og interessante shows, klart bedre end forventet. Restauranten har en lille buffet med mad af ok kvalitet. Ud på aftenen er flere fade dog tomme og ingen borde med rene glas eller service.

Além do esperado!

Apesar do wifi não pegar no último dia (mas no calçadão à frente há grátis) e do chuveiro não esquentar no 1o (mas logo resolvido), de resto foi tudo perfeito!!! Fui com receio pelas inúmeras reclamações... Mas q nada! Me surpreendeu!!! Comida farta e com variedade o suficiente e reposta com prontidão tanto nas 3 principais refeições como tb nos 2 snacks oferecidos. Bebida tb à vontade! Funcionários super atenciosos, sem exceção. Ótima localização, bem no calçadão principal (mas o barulho vai até tarde da noite... mas como já sabia, nem me estressei) onde há wifi gratuito caso precise e perto de tudo, aluguel de carrinho, compra de passeio e em frente à praia. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza!!!

This place it’s outdated, for the amount I paid I expected a room with a view but no, they gave us a little room with. 2 beds and out neighbors were very loud, food was disappointed no flavor and reheated food.. however people was nice that’s the only reason I didn’t leave it’s just sad how that hotel has potential but it’s just a bid disappointment

HOTEL HORRIBLE Y CARISIMO NO LO RECOMIENDO

Es un hotel Demasiado CARO les resumiré mi estadía desde que llega al hotel la fachada esta completamente destruida como que un huracán le hubiera pasado las personas de recepción antipáticas y cuando llegamos a la habitación tenia un mal olor a mal secado las habitaciones están viejas la puerta que abre la terraza no servia no cerraba tiene unas cortinas de muy baja calidad en realidad me sentía decepcionada ya que pague $300 dollares por noche y no los vale e estado en hoteles muchos mas bajo de precio y mil veces mejor, al baño no ponen nada mas que unos jabones de muy poca calidad y el ultimo día que nos tocaba venirnos nos quedamos con el grifo de la regadera en la mano todo se esta cayendo en ese hotel en realidad se nota que los dueños no están invirtiendo en la infraestructura de acá a un año este hotel no servirá para nada . Al momento de hacer la reserva llevaba unos masajes y cuando quise hacer la reserva no había disponible hasta dentro de 4 días y yo me iba en 2 días hable con el supuesto encargado llamado David pero fue muy pésimo en decirme que ese era un plus que daba el hotel y no era un servicio pagado eso no es cierto porque esta demasiado caro y ahí todo va pagado. La alimentación bastante sin sabor y no hay variedad yo a este hotel si me preguntan cuanto le pongo en estrellas le pusiera DOS ESTRELLAS no sirve y es CARISIMO la infraestructura horrible y el personal de recepción atienden mal empezando desde el jefe DAVID. y para terminar el WIFI no sirve
