"Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly, especially Martina who’s a credit to the company. We will definitely be back! Thanks Naomi & Paul! "

"This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again."

"Wonderful stay. We had a balcony apartment facing the marina, it was very quiet, would never have known it was above a bus station - which was very handy for getting around the island. Since it had a fully equipped kitchen, we spent a lot less on food. Apartment was huge, a real home from home and flooded with light. Highly recommended"

"Room had some issues with air con vent misding a screw and hanging down which was fixed. Vent is bathroom did not work properly even after telling desk 3 times so bathroom steamed up every day after a shower. Food in restaurant was ok, never managed to use spa. Location was good, parking was ok but may be difficult in summer. Overall is a goid hotel with friendly staff"

"Hotel is in a great position in St Helier, check in was easy, the room was good however it was extremely hot, even with the window open as there was heat but no air con. Facilities were good, but in the Spa area the hot tub was not working nor the heated beds. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The only other problem was the room was not serviced, we were out until 2 pm then again for an hour from 3 but no sign of it being serviced."

"This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. "Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "
