"Check in was very mediocre to poor; I stop in the lobby and to get checked in I had to wait on the staff member to get out of a parked car that was outside the building-after standing there a couple of minutes I wasn’t sure if anyone was working the desk or not until she finally came. Also, her attitude wasn’t the greatest- it amazes me how someone with that type of attitude can be the first person a guest sees when they walk in…"

"Good location close to shopping and dining. Comlimentary Breakfast was a hot buffet and the hotel also had a nightly happy hour with drinks and snack options. If there was a downside our room faced the I-71 freeway and you can hear the truck traffic all night long if you are a light sleeper."

"Great that breakfast was included but was not the best. Both days I had breakfast and both times they ran out of hot food took them a long time to replace. They were not on top of that at all. Floor had food on the ground underneath and around the tables as well. If I stay there again I will go out for breakfast"
