It was Fine by Me

Parking was easy, right in front of the hotel. The place was clean, breakfast was the typical hotel free breakfast of waffles, hot/cold cerals, muffins and breads. The pool was closed as stated by many previous reviews of it always being closed for maintenance.

The management is very attentive to their guests. All who worked there were friendly. I have stayed at other Wyndams, US and Canada. This Wyndam had the cleanest rooms, bathrooms although the parking lot needs a bit of eye appeal. Great stay!

Hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance. Bathroom tile cracked. Mirror missing from door. No threshold from room to hall. No threshold from room to bathroom. Very dated. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Hotel was very accessible and had plenty of parking. Location was very convenient for dining and shopping. That being said, it was mediocre when it came to cleanliness and maintenance. Our reservation indicated that 3 people would be staying in the room and so there weren't enough towels available when we checked in. When we requested more towels from the front desk, we were not given what we asked for. The towel on the bathroom floor had boot marks on it and the top sheet on one of the beds also had some marks on it. At least the floors appeared to be vacuumed and there were no bedbugs. Lastly half of the lamps in the room were not working. Overall, this hotel has a convenient location and is okay to stay in if you won't be in your room for most of the time.

Friendly staff. Hallways were not clean, there was stuff all over carpets. Room was clean but little dingy. Even a non-smpking room smelled like smoke.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there is no elevator and we had a lot that we needed to get up and down the stairs. Also, the strip between the bathroom and rest of the room was missing, with nails pointing upward, and one of the pictures was broken with the glass shards still in the frame. The front desk staff was very nice. There was as much right as there was wrong with this location.

Fine for one night

The room was a nice size but it's an old hotel. The bathroom was fine, it was clean and the shower worked well! The wood slates on the floor were ragged along the edges like years of mopping has taken it's toll on it. It was clean however. Had a nice size fridge. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. It was also nice and quiet. Although I didn't use it, the pool and hot tub were closed. The breakfast was VERY limited when I went at 7:00 am. 1 Peach Yogurt, Bread, banana's, could make waffles. The scrambled eggs and sausage did not look good so I didn't eat any.
