If the service doesn't improve I will change hotel

I usually stay at least 5 days a month at this hotel. I like it mainly because of its location. However, I have noticed that the quality of the service has been declining recurrently. This time, I had the following problems: - The TV remote control did not work - The hair dryer was faulty - Three days without hot water in the shower - Although the room was reserved for 2 people, there was only one set of towels. I always notice that the staff are willing, but not very efficient. The response I received about the problem of the lack of hot water was very vague. Nothing was done to solve this problem. The last few times I stayed at this hotel, I had problems very similar to those I described above. I confess that I am already starting to think about changing to another hotel nearby (Intercity).

A equipe é atenciosa, mas os quartos são barulhentos. Qualquer porta fechada com um pouco mais de força estremece todo o quarto, dá até um pouco de medo. O quarto é amplo, confortável e limpo, contudo, a TV só ligava e desligava tirando da tomada, o box do banheiro estava sem local para colocar sabonete ou shampoo (quebrado). De resto, café da manhã bom, a localização para quem vai a trabalho é excelente, bem no centro financeiro e de frente ao Salvador Shopping.

Costumo ficar no Salvador Bussness quando vou para Salvador. Sempre fiz boas avaliações, pois gosto do hotel e da localização. No entanto, esta última hospedagem não foi boa. Primeiro, fiz minha reserva para os dias 26 a 28 de setembro. Por questões de trabalho, precisei chegar no dia 26, às 02 da madrugada e perguntei se havia vaga disponível. Eu queria pagar a hospedagem. Eu não queria entrar mais cedo na hospedagem. Fui muito mal recebido pela recepção que disse que não havia vaga e que deveria retornar apenas as 14h. depois percebi que o hotel tinha vaga sim. Fiquei muito decepcionado com isso. Segundo, o café da manhã não estava no padrão de sempre. Muitos itens sem reposição. O ovo, por exemplo, ficou 12 minutos sem reposição e vários hospedes pedindo. terceiro, tive várias dificuldades para entrar e sair do estacionamento. Quarto, a limpeza do quarto não foi adequada. O banheiro não teve reposição dos sabonetes e toalhas. Enfim, fiquei decepcionado, pois sei que o hotel é bom, mas dessa vez deixoua desejar.

Tive que trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado nao funcionava. No segundo o frigobar estava com problemas e o banheiro nao tinha box, era cortina. Pelo valor da diaria paga espereva mais. Mas no geral o quarto é confortável e o hotel tem bom atendimento.

Bom hotel, mas não tão confortável. Bem localizado, ao lado de um bom shopping. Só achei ruim o banheiro, bem pequeno e uma pessoa com sobrepeso não entraria no box do chuveiro.
