Hotel espaçoso e tranquilo.
O atendimento inicial check in achei demorado , a cama não era de casal e sim duas de solteiro juntas e isso me trouxe um grande desconforto ao dormir pois ficava um buraco no meio da cama. No mais , o atendimento é bom e o espaço do hotel satisfatório.

Abaixo das expectativas.
O restaurante do hotel fechou, obrigando o hóspede a deixar o hotel para as refeições, exceto o café da manhã.
O sinal de wifi estava péssimo no meu quarto 105, me obrigando a ir até a recepção para acessar a Internet.
Apesar de simpáticos e muito educados os funcionários não são treinados adequadamente, ex. ao solicitar para acender as luzes da área da piscina, o funcionário não sabia onde se localizava o interruptor e não teve o interesse em descobrir para atender o hóspede.
