There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

a infraestrutura do hotel não é boa, pelo valor poderiam entregar mais qualidade. O quarto que era pra ser uma cama de casal, claramente eram duas camas juntas (ficou desconfortável), tinha algumas baratas, não tinha shampoo nem condicionador no banheiro. Acho que pelo preço, poderiam entregar mais qualidade.

Equipe nota 1000, qto ao hotel só rem um secador fixo no banheiro da recepção para atender a tds os clientes Não tem cabides shampoo, condicionador, placa de aviso na porta, copos no quarto, recepção causou ma impressão, espaço minúsculo com mesa e máquina de costura com profissional customizando abadas Não que eu não ache uma boa ideia no Carnaval, mas o local achei inapropriado. A minha estadia no hotel foi bastante decepcionante. Fui alocado em um quarto completamente diferente do que havia reservado. O quarto estava sujo, sem box no banheiro, com colchões rasgados, frigobar enferrujado, ar-condicionado e tomadas sem funcionamento. Além disso, o banheiro vazava água sempre que a pia ou o chuveiro eram utilizados, molhando todo o ambiente. Solicitei a troca de quarto imediatamente, mas fui informado de que o hotel estava lotado e que a mudança só poderia ser feita no dia seguinte, após o meio-dia. Considerando o calor intenso em Salvador, passei uma noite muito desconfortável. O quarto estava quente, com cheiro de mofo/ambiente fechado, a cama não era confortável e praticamente não consegui dormir. Também solicitei o reembolso referente à diária, já que as condições do quarto estavam muito abaixo do esperado e do contratado, mas o pedido não foi atendido. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi extremamente negativa. O atendimento deixou a desejar e, diante de tudo o que aconteceu, não recomendo o hotel e não me hospedaria novamente.

Peguei uma diária antes, para descansar quando chegasse do aeroporto às 3:00 da manhã! Liguei para o hotel para informar do meu checkin mais tarde. Entretanto para minha surpresa quando cheguei de madrugada não tinha quarto, não tinha energia, elevador sem funcionar! Resumindo, fui deslocada para outra rede do hotel e qndo cheguei para descansar já eram mais de 7:00 da manhã! Durante minha estadia, houve falta de energia por várias horas, o que comprometeu significativamente meu conforto e bem-estar. Fiquei impossibilitado de utilizar itens básicos do quarto, como iluminação, ar-condicionado e demais equipamentos elétricos, situação que gerou grande transtorno. Além disso, o banheiro do quarto apresentava vazamento, causando desconforto, mau cheiro e insegurança quanto às condições de higiene do ambiente. Mesmo sendo um problema estrutural evidente, não houve solução eficaz durante o período em que permaneci hospedado. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi extremamente negativa e muito abaixo do padrão esperado. Ao optar por este hotel, esperava conforto, segurança e qualidade no atendimento, o que não ocorreu.
