There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

Olá , o que mais gostei foi a localização , a cordialidade dos funcionários, a variedade no café da manhã ,o meio de locomoção ( elevadores - 3 ).A única coisa que não gostei foi o cheiro muito forte de água sanitária o qual atacou a rinite e me deu dor de cabeça , do mais tudo ótimo. Abraços Líria

O quarto estava limpo no geral, porém deixa a desejar em relação ao aspecto das instalações, paredes manchadas por infiltração, janelas sujas, lençóis de cama desgastados, ar-condicionado sujo, painel eletrônico do elevador com pouca visibilidade. Os funcionários são gentis, o café da manhã é simples, compatível com o preço pago na diária, estacionamento é pago. Já me hospedei por duas vezes nesse mesmo hotel, pelo preço e localização, porém da próxima vez que retornar a Salvador vou pesquisar outras opções.

Hospedagem ótima. Tudo bom! Café da manhã excelente com variedades. Estrutura do quarto ótima, camas macias. O único ponto negativo que achei, foi a logística complicada e desnecessária em relação a roupa de cama ter que buscar na recepção, e não tínhamos um ramal no quarto pra poder entrar em contato com o pessoal da recepção

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, mas a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Paredes com mofos, ar condicionado hiper sujo, a cama no anúncio fala que é de casal, porém são duas camas de solteiro juntas, deixando um vão no meio da cama horrível para casal. Café da manhã super lotado, pois eles abrem para pessoas que não estão hospedadas. No anúncio informa ter Estacionamento, porém é privado, é necessário pagar uma taxa diária.

Quarto com bom espaço, boa vista . Mas, chuveiro vazando, paredes mofadas descascando a pintura e cheiro úmido no quarto. Toalhas só dava um dia de uso, muito finas para enxugar direito, pano de chão rasgado e caimento do piso deixando alagar o banheiro. So tivemos acesso a recepção e a turma do café. Café da manhã bem representado. tudo bem fresco e bom sabor1 Estacionamento apertado e valor da diária muito caro, e o em torno não tinha segurança para uma outra opção e deixar em segurança sem custo!

Foi boa, mas a porta do banheiro estava muito velha e se desmanchando, o papel higiênico de péssima qualidade parecia uma lixa. A cama muito boa e o café da manhã excelente.
