Two nights at Yasuragi.

We had a great stay although service could be better. The resort is kept in great condition and everything feel nice and clean. Food was great although 2 out of 3 restaurants were closed for summer, which was a bit sad. We stayed two nights and would have been nice to try another restaurant for the second evening. The spa is very nice and clean with a great selection, never felt too busy either. We will be back for sure.

Relaxing place. It’s just the restaurant was fully booked for the dinner. Expedia’s price was almost thesame in Yasuragi but very disappointing as they took away the dinner inclution. I didn’t get any confirmation neither. It was a stressful booking.

Yasuragi is a must visit!

One of Stockholms best and more unique spa hotels. The rooms are somewhat plain but really, you just sleep there and spend 90% of your time in the spa or the other hotel facilities. This was my third visit and daytime is very busy even on a weekday. People talk out loud and don’t head the quiet zones. I think there should be more staff to firmly tell people to quiet their voices. Evening is completely different. Quiet, calm and less people. You can definitely have a sauna to yourself if you want. Views from the outside patio is stunning! Hotel staff is also very accommodating and friendly. I will be back for more Onsen magic!

What a lovely place!

Our experience was excellent! The place is so beautiful. The breakfast is so good. We participated to two activities yin yoga and sound healing. Thank you Marlin for the lessons. A wonderful instructor who taught interesting things at the same time. We learnt a lot. Here you can completely relax with spa, good food and lovely activities. We were able to take a dog with us too, that was nice also.

Don’t trust reception.

Total lack of coordination on between staff in reception. Overfull spa with couples making out in every corner. Loud conference guests in SPA not making it very relaxing. More like a Junior staff in restaurant.

They must have forgotten us for a while during dinner service. We were in no rush but still quite annoying. Also in the breakfast they did not serve ecological eggs which is a minus and quite strange when they market themselves as eco friendly.

No common sense

I made the mistake of only adding one person to my booking (usually I travel alone) arriving at the hotel I was forced to pay 180€ ekstra for an additional person to the room that cost me 250€. If I had booked it right from the beginning I would have payed 270€. I understand that there would be an additional cost, spa and breakfast - but not 50% additional to the hotel last minute price.. But what made it worse, was the receptionist that (in my opinion) rude an totally dismissive.
