The staff was attentive and very courteous. We loved the hot spring and the Temazcal. The kids loved the pool and the experience at the observatory. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was good too.

Peaceful. That's what better describes this place, restaurants options are limited BUT tasteful, sky looks amazing at night, we spend 2 nights and was a great experience for our senses.

Magical

The thermal bath is magical, it wasn't busy and felt like a private experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, and the beds are very comfortable, however it is old and dated and could use some updates and the food was just ok. I still highly recommend it because of how special the thermal bath is.

The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with comfort and technology.

Las instalaciones en general son muy agradables, sin embargo, encontré algunas anomalías: 1.- El WC de la habitación 43 está despegado del piso y al usarlo se mueve con riesgo de romperlo. 2.- El contenido de cloro en la alberca de agua dulce parece exagerado por lo que decidí no exponerme. 3.- Durante el desayuno encontré una cucaracha en la mesa que elejí para sentarme 4.- Considero importante publicar en el interior de las termas las recomendaciones de uso, y las consecuencias de no hacerlo. 5.- En el programa de actividades del observatorio decía: 21:30 hrs Saturno, cuando llegamos, la platica había iniciado desde las 21:00 hrs, lo que alcancé a escuchar fue lo más interesante que me ha ocurrido en muchos años y lamento no haber estado desde el inicio

Es un lugar completamente aislado, para relajarse y disfrutar un fin de semana, para mi gusto le falta mantenimiento y limpieza profunda a los baños de habitaciones y a las albercas de aguas termales. Sin embargo, disfrutamos mucho la alberca de agua dulce, el pin pon, el spa y las noches estrelladas que se ven increíbles. En el restaurante la comida es sencilla pero muy rica y el servicio excelente!

Fue una mala experiencia la que tuvimos, pues queríamos un lugar para relajarnos y descansar y todo lo contrario, cuando entramos a la habitación y encendimos el aire acondicionado el voltaje de luz comenzó a tener subidas y bajadas, cuando fuimos a recepción a preguntar nos dijeron que era un tema de CFE no de ellos y que no había garantía, si queríamos nos podíamos retirar, a lo que comentamos que si era normal que pasara esto y mencionaron que si, les reclamamos de por qué no nos dijeron eso antes de ingresar y comentaron que no veían necesario comentarlo, la realidad es que decidimos irnos, la instalaciones lucen descuidadas, el agua de la alberca estaba verde completamente, huele mal el lugar, paredes despintandose, sentí algo tétrico el estar ahí

Si quieres tener unos días de paz, sosiego y tranquilidad, éste es el mejor lugar. En medio de la nada, lejos del ruido, tráfico y claxons. Excelente lugar para meditar y relajarte. 5 estrellas para el personal de cocina, me quedé dormido después de las aguas termales, llegué tarde, la cocina estaba ya cerrada y aún asi no me dejaron sin cenar.
