Extremely poor conditions, the shower head didn't work the wasn't proper flow, the Jacuzzi didn't work the jets didn't work and the water was warm but not hot as it should on a hot tub, the phone in the room didn't work plugged and unplugged to try to reach staff when fire alarm kept going off without a reason, we were so disappointed and it ruined our anniversary we ended up checking out within 24 hrs of checking in to look for a decent room where we could take a hot shower and sleep in better condition this was the most awful experience we have ever had. It's was heart breaking that it was so awful on such a special date. Horrific conditions not worth of the high prices will demand a partial refund because it's not acceptable the lack of basic services on what is supposed to be a suite.
