It is a very nice place to stay at. The location is somewhat complicated to park your vehicle and use public transport. Everything else was very good. The Buffet Breakfast is superb! The property is a bit tired and is showing its age. But everything works! Extremely comfy beds!!!

At best ** star hotel. Pros: - location - friendly staff - Salou’s best restaurant downstairs Cons: - no refrigerator, or cooler of any kind in room - food was bad, breakfast being slightly better. Dinner was so bad, we skipped over half of them - no pool bar - very bad sound insulation, from both inside and out - dinner was in a different hotel, 10 minutes away, uphill If location is your top priority, it’s a decent choose. Don’t prepay for meals. Staff is nice.

The roads were closed and we had to walk 3 blocks to get to our hotel with our luggage…..u had to pay for the safe which was ridiculous.. thank goodness there were Only 2 cars in the parking garage or we Would of never have gotten our car out So prob shouldn’t advertise parking or Should not charge to park ..the twins were Great service on the day and night service

Great value, great hotel

It was a very nice stay. Only for one night and due to the purpose of visiting PortAventura for two days (bus basically stops right infront of the hotel). It's a 4* hotel with swimming pool, very nice breakfast buffet, nice rooms (with balcony, safe, very comfortable bath/shower combi). All in all, good value for the asked price (outside of the main tourist season)

Nice pleasant clean hotel in great location near restaurants and bars. Room cleaned daily with plenty of towels too. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Not enough sunloungers at pool to cater for guests and parking was a nightmare in Salou- it defeated having a hired car as you were afraid to drive anywhere for fear of not parking your car afterwards Overall we had a lovely relaxed break

this is a party town, it doesn't fit a family holiday. the area is extremely noisy with nightclub and pub around the area. very difficult to have a good sleep. staff are nice and friendly and the property is well kept .

The air conditioning of my room wasn’t cooling. I’ve been informed my room was the only one available in my category and they couldn’t do nothing. I suggested to move to different accommodation and the attendant said it wouldn’t be possible. After all, i talked with a different attendant who was able to move us to an inferior room with air conditioning working but with a bad smell. I didn’t get any refund after using an inferior room rather that I’ve paid for
