Staff was friendly, location close to the train station and not far from the zocalo Room itself had an ok size. However the integrated bathroom was not super great Shower and wall very low, which wasn’t pleasant as a tall person. And no warm water available. Which I at least didn’t see mentioned in the ad.

I didn't like the service. I had a bad experience during the night because no body opened the door and I had to sleep in relative's property. The owner didn't refund the lost hotel stay. Towels and sheets were never changed. The room wasn't never cleaned as well. Sorry but, I didn't recommend the hotel at all.

Bonne nuit d’hôtel et hôte très sympathique

Très bel accueil de la part du gérant de l’hôtel qui a été aux petits soins avec nous, nous avons pu laisser nos sacs à dos à la réception le lendemain dans l’attente de notre bus qui était en fin de journée. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle et disposait de la clim.
