The front desk rep ensured I received a quiet room, he very friendly. I loved my room, #104, & it was pet friendly. The room was odorless & everything was clean & in working order. The buffet breakfast was great. I'll definitely stay here again, thank you!!

Hampton Inn & Suites Salem, OR
The room was spotless when we checked in but the housekeeping was terrible, The breakfast was awesome and the service at the dining area was also great. So the one thing that really needs improvement is the housekeeping during stay!!
