"Rooms were okay. Staff was pretty nice when we arrived. One elevator was broken. A storm came through and the second elevator broke so being on the second floor with lots of luggage and kids was tough. Locking the back gate by a certain time as an inconvenience. We were not from the area and our GPS continued to route us that way so if we would get back after a certain time we’d have to go all the way back around to get in through the entrance coming off the highway. "DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Traveled 5 hours, for a Surgery consult and made reservations through Expedia. I wanted to change locations of same chain motel because it would be closer to my Dr. Appt. The motel DID NOT answer. Expedia calls to change rez. They know who is calling and REFUSE to answer because if this! I had to pay penalties, which is the entire cost of the room!! I had insurance, DID NOT help!!! All of these Palestinians, Iranians, whichever, come to Our USA, act like they are better...

"Ok when we first got there it looked like nice and clean place just like the pictures….after resting we decided to go eat in San Antonio and when we got backed we noticed something crawling on the wall it was a roach ok after reporting that they moved us to another room to where the sink was clogged and the toilet ran for 10 mins maybe longer each time after flushing…so later on that night we sit outside to relax and drink a few cold ones and see a mice run across under our table and he was back...

"Clean room ,polite staff.The only problem I had was the breakfast.Needs an upgrade of their menu.waffle was sour,juice was watery,orange fruit had gone bad,cereal was not crunchy.Aside that the location of the hotel is excellent.close to the airport,Airforce base and a lot of shops closer.My stay was excellent"

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"The only bad thing with our room was our bathtub was peeling and the shower didn't have much pressure. But overall everything was great! Cold a/c in the rooms but not in common areas. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Front desk lady was tired and didn't act like she wanted to be there. But everyone has bad days and maybe that was hers. Nice breakfast and attendants. Hot tub wasn't working after we called and was told that it was."

"The room smelt horrible when we walked in. The carpet in front of air conditioner was soaking wet so we switched rooms. The second was better. "

"Staff was very helpful with anything and everything I needed help with breakfast was really good cool had a good amount of space and good chairs around to sit"

"The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again."

"Didn't get the room that was reserved. This will be the last time I give my business to La Quinta. Small shower area. Look like someone spit chewing tobacco on the upper corner of the door by the hinges. Arrived at check in time 3pm room was already taken. It was a handicap room. That's it for us."

"The stay was okay for the price but the hotel is in need of some TLC. My room had mold above the window, there was rust stains in the bathtub, there was green algae/mold in the outside pool, and the person who checked us in, Velma, was extremely rude when I had to ask for a higher floor even though it was on my reservation request which was made over a month in advance. The hallways on the 5th floor smelled of weed for several days during my almost 2 week stay. The only real perk was the...
