Very nice hotel overall, rooms were nice and clean, staff was very helpful and nice, specially the lady in charge of the breakfast room, the only negative thing was the pool, pool was dirty and had so many bugs inside.

Foco de infección en habitación por heces fecales.
Una estadía que empezó muy mal, al llegar 10:20 pm a nuestra habitación nos encontramos primero con un olor a cigarro profundo, pero lo mas lamentable y desagradable fue encontrar que la taza del baño está sucia con heces fecales en parte de exterior. Mi hijo mayor por necesidad de entrar al baño no se dio cuenta y creemos que pudo haber tenido contacto con este foco infeccioso. De hecho su ropa la tiramos y él tomó un baño para evitar una infección de cualquier tipo por contacto o exposición al foco de infección.
Con toda calma pedimos nos reubicarán en otra habitación, lo cual sucedió; y decidimos descasar. En la mañana hicimos más extensa y molesta muestra queja a lo que la gerente del ofreció a ayudarnos enviando por mail el tipo de ayuda en una visita próxima al hotel, pero NO hemos recibido la promesa del mail y bueno, se puede interpretar de una falta de seriedad y compromiso con sus clientes.
