Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
Clean but we had a really really really small room. I am aware that rooms are generally small in Tokyo but the size was not specified while we booked. So we had a shock when we went in. Now we know why it wasn't stated about the size while other rooms have.

Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo
Great location, breakfast buffet is okay, 7-11, Family Mart and Lawsons are just a few feet away. The airport shuttle stops at this hotel. Train station is also close. Many places to shop in that area.
