"I loved this hotel!!! The room was beautiful and spacious. The restaurant was amazing! The courses were delightful, the cheeses were amazing and the wine was delicious. I would love to come back here again."

"Superb stay, great location, comfy bed, spotlessly clean. I would definately recommend Le Lys Ecossais and will be back again to stay in the not to distant future."

"Wonderful enjoyed our stop over will be staying again ❤️"

"Beautiful setting and Edouard and Alexandra were amazing hosts! They’ve recently refurbished their place to a very high standard and my wife even enjoyed a dip in the swimming pool. Situated right next to a gorgeous chateau, we couldn’t have asked for more for our first night of holiday. If we are travelling this way in the future we shall be sure to stay again."

"This is an extremely convenient and pleasant hotel to stay in overnight on our way from the Channel ports to Carcassonne. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the meals are excellent."

"Lovely spot good food ideal for overnight stop when travelling."

"Nice hotel and good places for bikes"

"Welcoming and helpful staff even though the city was sieged by a festival. Clean and well equipped room. Enjoyed my stay, close to grocery store and centre town."

"Nostalgische herberg.

"Friendly staff, good food"

"Bon sejour super acceuil"

"A basic hotel at a basic price. No complaints."

"Room was clean and quiet, staff was courteous and helpful."

"Very nice and clean , location very convenient"

"Room has been upgraded with a new mattress, and wallpaper that looked like it had been installed by an amateur! A complete mess! Toilet seat was hanging off the bowl, you couldn’t sit on it without it hurling you sideways! Soap? Well that was dispensed in 2 tiny packets Shower - held 7’ in the air just the head no slider.. 18” above the shower screen? Bathroom was freezing due to a duct in the ceiling that let cold air in - and removed any warm air that we circulated in there via a sliding...
