Disappointed that despite saying that there are two restaurants neither one was open. Very nice room with patio in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Our hotel room was large clean and very comfortable, the shower was very good though the water overspilled the tray. We had issues with toilet cistern not refilling which was dealt with promptly. The room also had a private terrace. The air con was definitely needed as it was very hot during our stay. The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant once - the meal was not great. The duck was overcooked and dry. There was a ‘2 day conference’ held at the hotel the kitchen was not able to cope with their demands and the guests simultaneously. We did not have breakfasts. The pool area was spacious with separate pools for kids, there wouldn’t have been enough loungers in high season.

Small box room with separate shower and toilet. Tv didn’t work.only 1 change of towels in 4 days. Room only made up on one day . Staff helpful. Little choice of food in restaurant. Poor location, a distance from local village. Good area to cycle.

Lamentable

Réservé pour nos 2 ans de mariage. Trompé avec l'entrée du camping, la réception à pris ma femme pour une idiote. Café dans la chambre périmé depuis juin 2024 (on n'était pas les seuls...). Petit déjeuner servi jusqu' à 9h45, à 9h30, plus de pain, ni de serviettes. En prenant un yaourt, et le goûtant, je m'aperçois que le dessous de la cuillère est marron!!!. Je vais vérifier les autres couverts, tous sales, avec chocolat, confiture ou je ne sais quoi. Décevant pour un tel hôtel. J'ai l'habitude de voyager toute l'année dans des hôtels, le pire du pire!!! Tous les problèmes signalés à la réception. Aucun retour aujourd'hui. Grosse déception pour nos 2 ans de mariage.

Très bon week-end dans un camping propre et très agréable. Espace petit déjeuner très bien, Espace piscine très agréable . Seul bémol le passage pour accéder à la plage , qui fait un peu décharge., ainsi que les toilettes du bar qui n’étaient pas très clean dès le matin.. Très bon week-end dans un camping paisible . Je recommande plus plus

Chambre spacieuse et confortable ,cependant ,la gros bémol sur la télévision qui capte très mal et réseau wifi quasiment inexistant . Nous aurions aimé être prévenus de la fermeture de la piscine pour travaux .(car l’un de nos critères de sélection ). 16 euros pour un petit déjeuner avec des fruits pourris dans la corbeille (poiré,des œufs brouillés réchauffés et très cuits ,et des sous tasses en guise d’assiette ,tout cela ne justifie pas le prix .

Eau froide pendant presque tout le séjour,

Chambre prestige avec vue sur les travaux avec pelleteuse et marteau piqueur (non prévenus avant d’arriver). Impossible de joindre l’hôtel avant notre arrivée. Une seule petite cuillère dans le coin cuisine à notre arrivée et coffre non fonctionnel. Les pieds du canapé sont partis lorsque nous étions tranquillement assis dessus à deux personnes. Pas d’eau chaude pendant pratiquement tout le séjour, malgré nos réclamations. Ménages pas toujours faits, obligés de réclamer. Obligés de quémander du papier toilette, car non remis. Porte de la chambre des enfants difficile à ouvrir car se coince au sol. Plafond dans la chambre des enfants suspect : ancien dégâts des eaux ? Évier à moitié bouché dans la salle de bain. Accès direct à la plage condamné pour travaux. Impossible à l’accueil de nous éditer une facture pour le séjour.

super séjour. La chambre familiale est très spacieuse, très bien placée et rénovée, c'est la chambre numéro 3, avec sa terrasse privative. Nous avons dîner au restaurant. Les serveurs sont accueillants et nous avons testé un super vin local. Séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement.

Retour d'un sejour une ile de rêve

La renovation de l'hotel est visiblement partielle mettant plus qu'un doute sur le trois etoiles annoncées à la réservation . En outre, Le concept camping Hotel crée des attentes differentes et vos réponses en matière de services peut générer des problèmes. Par exemple, malgré une qualité de cuisine incontestable, il est regrettable que le service soit très ralenti par la gestion simultanée de la Brasserie. Impression générale satisfaisante.
