Wonderful location on this island, steps away from the seaside where strolling and relaxing are a must, especially during this time of the year when the sun is warm and the breeze is fresh. We witnessed sunset and moonrise at almost the same time.

This is a Beautiful hotel with access to the beach. It exudes calm and serenity coupled with a sense of joie de vivre. The sea air is a constant reminder that the Atlantic is never far away.

Every member staff were super welcoming and helpful, especially Bastian who happily sorted our transfers for us. The facilities were excellent and the general environment displayed at the hotel was incredibly relaxing, exactly what my wife and I were after. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and stay again.

We will be back

This is a beautiful, very quiet spot. Pricey on the food etc but you never have to leave if you don’t want to. Book your massage ahead of time-they are full. But great pool/sauna etc. you can watch the tide come in and out and the staff are very helpful, friendly and happy to help with my lousy French.

Family holiday and enjoyed location with good cycle routes. Room was good size for 2 adults and 2 children. Pool ok size but can see why some reviews say not big enough and can be difficult to get a seat if arriving later in day. Staff super friendly and breakfast great choice. Only real negative is we hired out bikes 4-5 times and every time there was an issue - locks not working, child seat missing, chain had come off and would recommend they are checked more regularly.

Be informed, we wish we were!

Restaurant was fully booked on arrival, so we were told by the front desk they could book a taxi to take us to the marina which was 15 minutes away which has plenty of restaurants failed to mentioned the taxi would be €180 return, so be careful. The Sauna is a 2 person affair with a queue to use it. Room was average, shower screen leaking which formed a big pool on the floor, shower head partially blocked squirting water in all directions and the makeup/shaving mirror flopped around always facing the floor, so you had to hold with one hand. Arriving after 9.00am for breakfast meant missing out on some of the offerings as some were not replenished and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were out of order, not so good when 30 people are wanting coffee at the same time.

Excellent but restrict spa to adults.

Lovely hotel, spa is fantastic, general hotel service is good and location pretty good. Only gripe is make the spa pool and spa areas adult only. Kids use it as a playground. This is fine and we love our children but maybe keep them restricted to the outside pool. More serene that way.

The whole place was very tired and scruffy, the communal areas smelt of body odour especially the corridors. Their was no usable beach as it’s all rocks and the pool area was too small for the number of guests, we couldn’t get a lounger. We stayed in the suite and it was tatty, stains on the furniture and walls. It was a lot of money but really wasn’t worth it.
