Okay given the demand

This hotel is actually a holiday park where a guest is better than no guest. Given the demand for hotel space of Isle de Oleron it is expensive but adequate

Séjour agréable. Bel espace avec jeux, table de ping pong, boulodrome, etc). Belle piscine (bien que très froide au mois de mai et donc peu utilisable). Chambre fonctionnelle mais dans le passage pour aller au restaurant donc bruyante le matin. Un bon séjour en famille qui permet de bien déconnecter.

J'avais réservé un hôtel, je me retrouve dans un village vacances !!! Chambre minuscule, bruyante, lits inconfortables... Un buffet sans choix en lieu et place du restaurant... Et tout çà au prix d'un bon hôtel !!! Inadmissible !!!

Literie très mauvaise, aucune ouverture de la chambre ormis la porte donnant sur l'exterieur à la vue de tout le monde. Pas de clim, ventilateurs payants! Très mal insonorisé, on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre voisine. Petit dejpas à la hauteur, pas de viennoiseries (pourtant annoncées sur le dépliant) que de l'industriel servi et rien de local ou fait maison. On devait débarrasser le contenu de son plateau comme à la cantine! Personnel aimable, heureusement... On ne reviendra pas

Bien mais sans plus

Les équipements de la chambre sont suffisants (bouilloire, café, thé,eau), mais uniquement le 1er jour. La literie est très bonne. La piscine et les jeux en extérieur pour enfants sont agréables. Le ménage n'a pas été fait alors qu'il devait l'être. On nous a expliqué qu'il s'agissait d'une précaution suite au covid... étrange, j'aurai justement pensé que la situation sanitaire exige à présent que le nettoyage soit fait et de façon encore plus minutieuse !! En revanche, il y a un gros effort à faire dans le pdj qui est trop cher pour ce qu'il est!! C'est la première fois que je vois un buffet sans viennoiseries, pas cool pour les enfants ! Une plancha est disponible pour cuire des oeufs au plat mais c'est la même qui est utilisée pour la viande, ce n'est très hygiénique à mon sens. Par ailleurs, nous devons le faire nous même, je pense qu'une personne devrait être dédiée à cela. Il faudrait également ajouté une touche salée (crudités etc...) Il est par ailleurs pas normal que le tarif soit le même pour les enfants et les adultes!

Établissement chaleureux et chambre confortable. Point négatif concerne la mitoyennete de la chambre voisine avec une porte ce qui est très ennuyeux pour la discrétion et non mentionné à la reservation. Ce type de location n'est pas adapté pour les couples sans enfants.
