"Due to the wildfire in Bordeaux, we changed our hotel to O’Nice and stayed for 2 nights, the location is perfect for sightseeing around the region, took us 35 mins driving to Cognac, and 40 mins to Royan. Our room was not big, but a/c was quite good in such hot weather. Parking space is generous and very secure, and the restaurant next to the hotel is always busy, we’ll give it a try next time."

"initial reception staff was not welcoming and for a transit hotel no english spoken by her nor any attempt. Other staff were pleasant na dhelpful Definatley a one nighter but good for that with a massive e leclerc hypermarket very close by with an excellent lunchtime cafe good fod and cheap. Siantes is a delightful town with interesting city centre streets, a beautiful cathedral and loads of cheap parking. recommeneded."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a good value for the price. "We received a great welcome by the staff who were very helpful and gave us all the information we required ( she had a wonderful gravelly voice). The staff member spoke clear slow french to make sure I understood ( but she also had very good English) the room was basic but had a sea view and air conditioning and toiletries so everything we needed. It is possible to swim across from the hotel ( we paddled) and a nice walk into the town centre/harbour Nice buffet breakfast the next morning and you could either sit inside or out on the terrace. The staff were lovely making it a nice relaxed stay , we would love to visit again"
