"Very clean, receptions and housekeeping so nice,breakfast a little bit cheap...poor quality mini croissant and some bread with phili cheese...you can do better...outdoor swimming pool was nice but it should be bigger for the amount of rooms, we enjoyed it for one day, the rest of our stay was full most of the time with kids ( max capacity as mentioned was 10) great location close to laval,montreal, saint sauveur,great restaurant around, nice walking trails around,river and lakes , everything was good."
