"The staff with the exception of one were excellent. One evening, we called down to the desk to ask for help with the television as we could not increase the volume above ten. He told us that all the tv’s in the entire hotel were set at ten to ensure no disturbances. The next day, we asked the very pleasant male receptionist who had registered us…if that was true. ..as it did not make sense to us. He immediately showed us that it was a feature of the remote that you needed to slide the...

"That's our second time staying at Brossard, Three years apart. We have nothing negative to say about the establishment. The beds are comfortable. Clean room. The toiletries are first class. Quiet hallways. We didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were cordial. I wish a continental breakfast was included in the package. On the overall, I would recommend it to others."

"This is an older hotel that is a little tired. However an excellent renovation has been done to the rooms and they are comfortable and very well appointed. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent for both highway and metro access. It has a small parking lot but we were able to park and not move the car during our stay. There is a daily fee of roughly $10 cdn. It definitely served our purpose."
