"The bed & the air conditioner were the best things about the room. It took multiple requests & 4 days of my 7 day stay to get the bathroom light working, forcing me to go bathe at a friend's house. I always travel with a pack of disinfectant wipes, which is good because they were black after I wiped the TV remote, light switches, & doorknobs. And I had to clean mold out of the microwave before I used it. The fridge was clean & worked well. Parking was adequate."

"The mansion has been beautifully restored. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The deep bath with jets and bath balm were a treat after a long day of travels along with the cookies and tea. A delicious homemade breakfast was served in the dining room with fine china, silverware, and crystal. We stayed only one night. On our next trip to Louisville we will stay more. "The staff was their best asset! Very helpful, friendly, tried to accommodate any need!! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy!! We ate at the steakhouse in the hotel. Great food and our waitress was absolutely the best!!! The lobby could accommodate several groups of people!! Would stay there again!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We stayed two nights. Our room was spacious and clean. We did have to request towels as we did not receive housekeeping services (not sure if that's the norm - it was fine as we were going to set out a do not disturb sign but forgot). The shower is nice but got water all over the floor, not a big deal for us but others might be annoyed. Beds were comfortable and nice big pillows. We would stay here again."
