"The space was clean and bright - every room had an ocean view. Third bathroom / powder room was a nice flexible feature. There were some issues with the washer, but the views exceeded expectations to overcome small nuisances. The beds were comfortable. Proximity the beach was awesome. "AMAZINGGGGG!!!!! When I tell you this property is drop dead gorgeous, it will not disappoint. Nicky was amazing . She made the stay so welcoming! From the views to the complementary alcohol, snacks, and beverages. She told us everything that was going on during our stay in St. Marteen. The pool was a little cold but we still enjoyed it. The room was top tier and brand spanking new. We want to come back and bring our son next time. Thank you "

"The room is newly renovated, very clean. My rooms look much better than the pictures from website. The hotel has everything needed to make a memorable trip and it has a very reasonable price. The staff Joseph is the best host I ever met in my 20 plus years of travel experiences around the world. He is super friendly and helpful. "Location was perfect and the suite with high quality. Also the staff was very friendly. Apparently we were the first ones to stay in this suite after renovation, observed from many small features in the room not used earlier. This caused the only small negative, as the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay due to an installation mistake, but that doesn't impact next travelers anymore. I can recommend this place."

"We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel."
