No message with the code to get onto the harbour, then given an incorrect code, which took a member of staff to come and test it and then had to ask a bus driver for it. Then to find a couple who had the correct code, were checking in just in front of us - how did they get the right code?! Check in was ok, although we were left hanging around and not told our room was ready. Bar and restaurant service not the best! Left waiting at the bar - not even...
