Great location in St. Malo, easy access to everything. Steps to ramparts just outside the front door. Room was really nice and comfortable, the breakfast was super and the lobby is a really good place to relax. We have stayed here before and will hopefully be back.

Nice hotel clean, great staff, rooms now called cabins quite small but well appointed a well decorated. The receptionist was very friendly and amusing. Right in the Centre of Intra Muros

This is a great place to stay inside the walls of St Malo, close to the entrance square and surrounded by bars an restaurants. . The staff are exceptional and it’s excellent value for money. Been here before and will stay again.

This is a terrible hotel to stay in during the summer heat. The hotel rooms have no AC and opening the windows at night is necessary to let in the cool air. However, the noise from the bars, restaurants, cars and motorcycle traffic is absolutely terrible even if you sleep with ear plugs. This noise can last until 4:00 am if you are unlucky to have young drunk revelers on the street below as I experienced. The first night I probably slept only 4 hours - all this for $1118 for two nights! One of the worst hotel experiences in the last 38 years of travel. On a better note, the breakfast was excellent.

The only negative was to pay €48 for 2 electric bikes to be kept in a secure store room for 2 nights, only to find that there was no power point in that room! So recharging them was unnecessarily tiresome.

Merci a l'accueil exceptionnel par Nicolas. Conseils d'adresses adaptés. Jeune femme au depart egalement charmante. Petit cadeau dans la chambre pour anniv de l'enfant tres sympathique et aprecié. Chambre moderne et tres agréable. Attention toutefois a l'absence d'ascenseur cette dois pas genante pour nous mais quui pourrait l'être. Vue de la chambre sur le mur des remparts. Pas top mais annoncé et j'avais pas pris la vue mer....donc ok. Je reviendrai

problemi con la tariffa

C'è stato richiesto un supplemento di 62 euro per il soggiorno di due ospiti di 17 anni dato che per hotels.com é prevista la tariffa bambini fino ai 17 anni, mentre per ibis da 16 anni in su viene applicata la tariffa adulti. Ritengo che il supplemento mi sia stato chiesto erroneamente in quanto non previsto dalla prenotazione. Ho dovuto comunque pagarlo per aver la stanza. Abbiamo pernottato anche in un altro ibis e nessuno ci ha richiesto niente.

Idéalement situé, l'accueil à l'arrivée et durant tout mon séjour a été excellent ; professionnel tout en étant sympathique. Le petit déjeuner buffet : parfait. La chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Les personnes à l'accueil très très accueillant et à l'écoute. La propreté rien à redire. Par contre la cabine de douche dans notre chambre n'était pas aux normes (pas plus large que mon bras) donc 1m/1m donc impossible de prendre une douche sans se cogner.
