"I have dust allergy and as soon as I laid down on the bed, I started sneezing. The body wash container was empty and the coffee machine was beyond dirty. When I talked to the reception while leaving, their response was "why didn't you ask for a room change", no apology or anything of that sort. I had arrived late and didn't notice many things until I had to start using them. Besides, when any of us book a room, it's not out responsibility to check and make sure things are clean and utilities are refilled. One of my worst hotel experiences so far, will not recommend the place."

"This was my fourth time staying here, always a good one, great location and friendly staff and concierge. Rooms are sized appropriately and the breakfast is a good amenity, despite the sometimes chaotic environment. This time was surprised a bit because the parking price went up specifically for standard SUVs, which wasn't expected and seems to be very arbitrary - the parking garage size didn't change, so there's no additional burden associated with the parking. This will unfortunately be a hotel deciding factor in our annual visit to Montreal - doesn't make sense at all."

"I was worried after reading several horrific reviews however, my fiancé and I were there for four nights and five days and the room was clean and excellent location to old Port Montreal. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made it easy to commute around for cheap. We took advantage of the self-serve laundry room they have a vending machine in the lobby that has laundry detergent and dryer sheets in it. For the washer and dryer it was around three dollars per machine. Our room was very large with a living room and couch. The cons would be no coffee in the rooms no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the rooms. Our hairdryer wasn’t working and the bed was extremely small other than that. Excellent stay. Would return."
