The staff, for the most part, was not very friendly unless directly spoken to they tried to avoid eye contact with guests. We stayed for 7 days and only got room service once during our stay. When we asked the front dest they told us it was their policy to only do room service every 3 nights and if we needed more towels, to come ask at the front desk. The free breakfast was nice, and there was a good variety of food. We did not go, but a lot of people seemed to enjoy the pool area.
