Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. El servicio de spa es solo para 1 hora y la mitad de las cosas estaban estropeadas o fuera de servicio, aunque como digo, al precio que pagamos, no está mal que incluyeran este servicio aunque estaría bien saber de antemano que es por una hora "
