Grosse déception en arrivant à la résidence : la vue imprenable sur la montagne (photos sur le site) ne correspondait pas du tout à notre appartement : Rez de chaussée avec vue sur les voitures et une cabane. Cette résidence devrait être rénovée: Portes qui ferment mal Réfrigérateur en panne à notre arrivée ( mais grande réactivité du personnel pour le changer) Peu d’ustensiles de cuisine ( tire bouchon, ouvre boîte, plat à tarte, appareil à raclette) pour une résidence de ce standing. Par contre, piscine très agréable et chaude, et personnel toujours à l’écoute, disponible et très aimable.

Rien à redire au niveau de l’organisation des arrivées et de la prestation de l’accueil. Le logement était propre, bien équipé, décoration hivernale un très bon rapport qualité prix ! La piscine manque de quelques degrés. Très bon séjour.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Bel appartement dans l'ensemble , mais on sattendait à une meilleure prestation par rapport aux prix! Supplément pour faire les lits, kit cuisine en option également (pastille lave vaiselle eponge etc) idem pour le ménage. Nous n'avions pas eu de neige du coup nous pensions profiter de la piscine qui était pas beaucoup chauffé...comme les vestiaires! dommage que le sauna et hammam ne soient pas allumés en permanence pour en profiter à notre guise faut prevenir 2h avant et c'est en supplement. Sinon hotel très bien situé! Sur le front de neige , magnifique vue montagne avec vol de rapace juste devant pour faire de belles photos. Personnel très agreable et serviable!!

A pie de pistas

Inmejorable situación a pie de pistas. Bonito edificio y espaciosos apartamentos con piscina interior. Lo único a criticar es que una residencia de ese nivel debería tener nórdicos y no mantas.

du bon et du tres mauvais

L infrastructure des l'hôtel est de qualité (piscine, casier à ski chauffé) mais l équipement des chambres pour la literie est catastrophique, le lit est hors d âge est complètement creusé, les oreillé ne sont pas en tissu coton mais un espèce de tissu synthétique recyclable et aussi complément écrasé. Le sommeil c est le point noir. Chose très bizarre, l aération au dessus de la fenêtre de la chambre génère un bruit incroyable en cas de gros vent. Des traces de scotch montre que l on était pas les premier à en souffrir. Impossible de dormir avec ce bruit. Pour finir, la TV 4/3 non TNT en 2017 c est franchement de la mescinerie. Bref, l hôtel a du potentiel mais Lagrange semble plus attrait à encaisser qu à investir.

Parfait ! Nous reviendrons

Résidence idéalement située : aux pieds des pistes, proche commerces et belle vue sur montagne. Piscine et sauna, hammam très bien. Appartement simple mais très bien et confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons.
