Great location in Saint Lary

A great location walking distance to the centre of town and the cable car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and dinner.

room was a nice size, clean and the bed was very comfortable.. the breakfast was brilliant. the only negative is that the shower in the room is an over the bath mixer tap shower, which was not great and not very powerful.

Gréât hôtel and staff

Clean, modern, helpful welcoming staff and fantastic views from the balcony - we rated this very highly and good value for money. We used the spa which was also great and both had a very nice massage

Bref mais très agréable ! Personnel très attentionné et efficace : nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et notre chambre a été faite en priorité pour pouvoir y poser nos affaires ! Cadre très cocooning, petit déj très diversifié avec spécialités locales. Une bonne adresse à refaire plus longtemps pour profiter du spa... Merci aux équipes !

Une nuit horrible car la chambre (au dernier étage sous les toits) n’était pas climatisée ! La chaleur de la journée (37o) avait pénétré et impossible de dormir dans ces conditions

Avis mitigé

Petit cafouillage pour notre première nuit, le lit double demandé était en fait des lits jumeaux mis côte à côte, qui plus est de qualité moyenne. Un changement de chambre avec un vrai lit double (et de bonne qualité) n’a été proposé que pour les 2 nuits restantes sur les 3. Le reste du séjour était plutôt satisfaisant. Cependant ce genre de souci pour la literie ne devrait, à mon avis, pas exister dans un hôtel 4*. De plus l’absence de climatisation se fait ressentir en été.

Grand et bel hôtel, relié aux thermes de St. Lary, au calme à 4' à pied du centre ville. Bon accueil, grande chambre propre et nette. Parking. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. La région est superbe par beau temps.
