The room faced the highway. I had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep. We were without hot water for a whole day; it wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was still an inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The staff was rude upon check in and just handed us our keys without telling us our room number or telling us which way to go to get to our room. No amenities were mentioned either. The room was falling apart everywhere. The towels smelled disgusting even the new ones we asked the front desk for. ...
