Excellent hotel authentique pour se ressourcer. Accueil au petits soins, restauration produits de grande qualité et du terroir. Ravi je recommande.Peut être un petit besoin de rénovation à venir. Mais le charme, l'accueil la restauration, et le panorama font oublier ce détail

Positive: Very close to the St Gervais les Bains ski lift. Close to the village center as well - 10 minute walk. Nice welcome from staff. Car park just outside the door. Negative: A little run down hotel. Rather few hotels in the village so...

no hot water for the whole week

When we should have hot water we should have a fine hotel, but they had no intention of making this work for the whole week. terrible cold water. guy was nice.

Average hotel, close to the village

When we got there the staff told us laughing: "we have no hot water this week, if you want breakfast is free". If my hotel was having no hot water, I would move heaven and earth to fix it, he was telling us simply no hot water for the comming 2 weeks, the boiler was broken and nobody was going to fix it, because of holidays. not acceptable. breakfast was like you expect from the french: croissant and pain, 2 pieces of cheese and a lot of jam. Boiled agg was not always possible, the waterboiler was sometimes switched on too late.

a week end in the french alpes

Checking in was OK but as soon as we asked for a kettle for the evening we were told no way but before eleven we can give you hot water eventually no upgrading nor a drink welcomd as in other hôtels for my gold VIP status at expedia (in Napoleon a half bottle of champagne was waiting for us but ...) the water received was for less than a cup for 3 persons In the morning the breakfast was poor and non appealling and they did not enjoy the fact that we went elswhere for the breakfast on check out Day I asked to keep the room yill 12hAM or if not possible to put our suicases at the concierge "the answer was a Blunt no way and if you want keep the in a corner in the entrance hall but we are not responsable" All This is nothing compared to the cherry on the cake before leaving the guy tells us next time don't book with expedia they are taking your money go to fairbooking it is much better so frankly I didn't like any of these and that's why I will not recomend this hotel to anybody even if it is located next to the Remonte siege

Bien pour aller skier car proche des remontées

L'accueil a été très agréable, le personnel est fort sympathique. La chambre était grande mais elle était pour 4 et nous n'étions que 2 ! La salle de bains est de bonne taille mais les peintures sont défraîchies et écaillées. Les toilettes sont très petits. Le jacuzzi en extérieur après la journée de ski est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié.

Smutsigt hotell där matsal och flertalet andra utrymmen luktar mögel och surt! Ingen värme på rummet när vi kom. Gammal smuts i både rum, badrum och allmänna utrymmen. Uräckligt!

Worth considering

Just a one night stop over on the way to skiing break. Some aspects of the hotel were great - the staff, the breakfast, the bathrooms...other parts were OK but not brilliant. My children said their beds were a bit uncomfortable. Main bed was fine. Parts of the hotel looked in need of some TLC. We wondered if this hotel was work in progress as the bathrooms had obviously been recently renovated. Location good with fabulous views over the valley.

Tired basic hotel in great location

Great location close to lift and easy walk to town centre. Manager helpful but room and common areas very dated and tired. For example in room shower head fixing broke, knobs on draws came off each time opened and no controls to radiator ( was fixed on at night ) towels provided were thin and a very off white colour. We only used the restaurant once and found the experience very average and poor value for money compared to what is available a few minutes walk away in the town. Overall just felt far to expensive for the quality offered .

Nice hotel!

This hotel is not the fanciest but we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's simple but we found it real cosy and the surroundings are perfect for skiing and dinners in the evening. Don't expect luxury!

Bad Experience

I got this hotel off expedi.com. When I arrived at the hotel it was not open. It looked unkempt and vacant. There was not a single car in the parking lot. The pool was drained and the grounds in poor condition. I called the telephone number on the reservation and no one answered. The hotel was 30 minutes away from where I thought I was located. I was very disappointed. I left and went to look for another hotel.

Beautiful view from our room. The town is so beautiful. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated with a stylish sink, rain shower head, and organic shampoo, etc. Breakfast was a buffet, yet not worth the 10 EUR charged because there were not many options. Wi-fi was available in the room, yet it was not consistent. Parking is free on the side of the hotel.
